Nate Moore
Nate Moore is a seasoned real estate developer, broker, and project manager with deep experience in acquisition, entitlement, and strategic consulting. As the founder of Ozhi Development, Moore Ventures, and Every Edge LLC, he has led impactful projects across California and the Midwest, including tribal developments, mixed-use buildings, and community-based facilities. Nate specializes in identifying undervalued assets, managing development from concept to completion, and facilitating public-private partnerships. His work centers on bridging commercial viability with long-term community impact, particularly in partnership with Native American tribes, local governments, and mission-driven organizations.
Joe Borkhus
Joe Borkhus is an emerging real estate developer and co-founder of Ozhi Development, with a background in investment sales and a passion for equitable, community-focused development. A graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative, Joe brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, site acquisition, and project strategy. He has worked across market-rate and affordable housing projects, with a focus on leveraging real estate as a tool for social impact and generational wealth-building. Drawing on his experience at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Joe brings a sharp understanding of deal structuring and market dynamics, and is committed to developing sustainable, inclusive spaces that serve both economic and community goals.
